Healthcare-Infomatics.com  The site description says it is "Leadership, Vision, and Strategy for CIO".  Contains some very interesting and helpful articles on EHR subjects,
including successful implementation story highlights.

Computerized physician/provider order entry - This website gives the results of a research project on CPOE that was done by Oregon Health & Science University and funded by
the National Library of Medicine.   The study shows the success factors for implementing a CPOE and the unintended consequences.  Of course, it stresses that CPOE is important
for improving health care quality and efficiency
